Welcome to TurnoutBG ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using TurnoutBG, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
TurnoutBG is operated independently and is not affiliated with any government entity, political party, or election authority in Bulgaria or elsewhere.
The Platform is managed by an independent team with no political affiliation. We do not provide media commentary or statements outside our official channels on X.
TurnoutBG is a decentralized Civic Mobilization Protocol, functioning as a social prediction game. The Platform is independent and is not affiliated with the Central Election Commission (CIK) or any other government entities.
The Platform is NOT:
Participation in prediction markets on TurnoutBG is for entertainment, social engagement, and community governance purposes only.
Participation in the markets grants the right to a share of the "Democracy Dividend". This prize pool unlocks automatically only if voter turnout in the 2026 parliamentary elections exceeds 55%.
⚠️ 55% REQUIREMENT
If voter turnout is 55% or below, the Democracy Dividend will NOT be distributed. The Platform is not responsible for voter turnout outcomes.
The Platform does NOT accept, hold, or transfer any fiat currency (including but not limited to BGN, EUR, USD, or any other government-issued currency).
All transactions on TurnoutBG are strictly cryptocurrency-to-cryptocurrency. Users are responsible for obtaining $VOTE tokens through legitimate means (Care Packages, decentralized exchanges, or peer-to-peer transfers).
⚠️ USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
By using TurnoutBG, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:
The user assumes ALL RISK of fund loss due to hacks, wallet mismanagement, smart contract exploits, blockchain failures, or any other technical or operational issues.
The Platform enforces strict controls over the distribution of Care Packages:

The use of bots, automated scripts, or creating multiple accounts from a single person is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to void invite codes and block access upon detection of manipulation.
The Platform reserves the right to blacklist wallets suspected of:
Blacklisted wallets will be ineligible for Care Packages and may be restricted from accessing certain Platform features. Blacklisting decisions are final and not subject to appeal.
⚠️VOTE HUNTER LIABILITY WAIVER
1. Independent Participation:
Participants in the "Vote Hunter" initiative act entirely on their own initiative and at their own risk. Use of the Platform does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the user and TurnoutBG.
2. Personal Safety and Conduct:
TurnoutBG is not liable for any physical, material, or non-material damages incurred during the performance of missions (Guardian, Informant, Scout). Users are required to comply with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, respect public order, and not interfere with the work of election commissions.
3. Legal Responsibility:
TurnoutBG does not provide legal protection or assistance in case of disputes with law enforcement or state institutions. Users are solely responsible for their actions and for the accuracy of the signals they report.
4. Observer Registration:
The Platform only provides information and links to legitimate NGOs. TurnoutBG does not guarantee the user's registration as an official observer; this depends entirely on the approval of the respective NGO and the CEC.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use TurnoutBG.
All code, branding, design, content, and materials on the TurnoutBG platform are the exclusive property of TurnoutBG or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
⚠️ "AS IS" PROVISION
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TurnoutBG makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform.
TurnoutBG IS NOT LIABLE FOR:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnoutBG's total liability shall not exceed the value of tokens held by the user at the time of the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
Users agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sofia, Bulgaria.

All prediction markets on TurnoutBG resolve based EXCLUSIVELY on official data published by the Central Election Commission (CIK) of Bulgaria at results.cik.bg.

⏱️ RESOLUTION TIMELINE
Markets will resolve within 7 days after CIK publishes official final results. All winning shares pay exactly 1 VOTE per share.
Resolution decisions will be announced publicly with direct links to official CIK sources. The resolution process is transparent and verifiable by all participants.
